The Dolphin Theatre and its facilities are available to hire, subject to availability, either as a whole or in part, depending on your event.

GALA Evenings

GALA EVENINGS AT THE DOLPHIN THEATRE FOR GROUPS

Dolphin Theatre is one of New Zealand’s largest and most successful community theatres. We have been offering our popular Gala Evenings to satisfied groups for over 40 years.

Gala evenings are an ideal way for you to raise funds for your charity or organisation, to entertain clients or have a social night out in a relaxed and entertaining environment.

We are sure our 2023 programme will hold something that appeals to everyone, from first time audiences to seasoned theatre goers.

 

 FOR FUNDRAISER GROUPS, WE OFFER:

 $30.00 PER PERSON

  • Complimentary programme and parking

  • Pre-show: One glass of wine or juice and nibbles on arrival [cash bar available for extra drinks]

  • Interval: Catered supper of sandwiches and savouries, tea, coffee and juice

 

WHAT WE REQUIRE

  • A minimum booking of 119 seats

  • A deposit of $300 on confirmation of your booking

  • Balance of payment by Eftpos on the show night or prior (single transaction only please)

  • NB: You should aim to on-sell tickets at not less than $35 in order to maximise profits for your fundraising purposes
