Murdered to Death

About the Play

A hilarious journey into the world of classic British murder mysteries, Peter Gordon's "Murdered to Death", is a delightful spoof set in the grand yet eerie Bagshot House and brings together a quirky cast of characters who find themselves embroiled in the mysterious death of the manor's owner, Mildred Bagshot.

As the bumbling Inspector Pratt attempts to solve the case with his oddly competent Constable Thompkins, chaos and comedy ensue. The eccentric suspects include the overly confident Colonel Craddock, his acerbic wife Margaret, the shady French art dealer Pierre Marceau, and the high-society socialite Elizabeth Hartley-Trumpington. Adding to the mayhem are the nosy amateur sleuth Joan Maple and the creepy butler Bunting, each with their own secrets and agendas.

This uproarious homage to Agatha Christie promises plenty of laughs, unexpected twists, and a host of memorable characters. Will the murderer be unmasked before everyone else meets their doom, or will the audience die laughing first?
